Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Solar Store application operated by Way Cup Trading in Lebanon.

  1. Products and Services:
    • The App offers solar system products for sale to customers.
    • The Company makes every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, prices, and availability. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided.
  2. Order Process:
    • To place an order, you must create an account on the App.
    • By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including billing and shipping information.
    • The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability or pricing errors.
    • Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirmation does not guarantee product availability; it is an acknowledgement that your order has been received.
    • If the product is available you will receive an email that the product will be shipped to the Address provided.
  3. Pricing and Payment:
    • The prices displayed on the App are in USD TTC or if you add your address.
    • Payment will be collected cash on delivery for amount Less than 3000$ otherwise the customer needs to pay 10% from the total amount before receiving his order.
    • All payments are processed securely, and the Company does not store any payment information.
  4. Shipping and Delivery:
    • The Delivery company will make every effort to ship orders within the specified timeframe. However, shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
    • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during the checkout process, or if you add your address you can view on each product.
    • The Company is not responsible for any reliabilities after receiving your order safe.
    • Each Supplier will provide all warranty documents for each product and the Solar Store customer service will assist in any questions and follow up with suppliers for any warranty claims.
    • Please read all warranty document when receiving your order or you can ask our customer service to provide you the warranty before selling the product.
  5. Returns and Refunds:
    • The Company has a separate Refund Policy that governs returns and refunds. Please refer to the Refund Policy provided on the App for detailed information.
  6. Intellectual Property:
    • The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Way Cup Trading and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
  7. Limitation of Liability:
    • The Company shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App or the products purchased through the App.
    • The Company shall not be responsible for any damages caused by third-party websites or applications linked to or from the App.
  8. Indemnification:
    • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, actions, or demands resulting from your use of the App or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
  9. Governing Law:
    • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Lebanon Government without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
  10. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
    • The Company reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms and Conditions on the App.

By using the Solar Store application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not continue to use the App.
